it was an excellent experience working for nature again.. felt nostalgic...
GoPals are doing wondeful job in creating awareness about Desi Cows among various sections of people. They are successful in creating curiosity and kindle interest to know more about Desi Cows. I am very happy to participate in their session on 4th August, 2019.
very good group caring about desi cows. we all should join this group and serve goumata. the events they conduct are one of the best.
In this state, we really need some kind of Awareness about our desi cow and their protection. GoPals team are doing good job on this space. Just spreading Awareness and helping to build good network of like minded people to join do some kind of contribution.
good organization to be associated if you are working for cow and environment protection
Very good program and a vision. More activity is needed for the volunteers in future
That was the best way of celebrating Shankranthi with our Desi Cows. Had good time with kids preparing Pongal using cow dung cakes for fire, preparing Garland, preparing doop out of cow dung. Nice to learn about Ayurvedic plants planted in Malur a dry place which are surviving because of Geevamrutha. We learnt how to prepare Jeevamrutha which helps the soil to provide all the nutrients required by the plant and about mulching which absorbs atmospheric moisture and prevents sunlight directly hitting soil n killing friendly bacteria..Thank you for letting us know chemical free simple technique of growing plants in any condition.. It was nice to know about different breeds of our Desi cows and how they impact on the very way people think when their milk is consumed. Felt very happy playing with Calf's.. Enjoyed being with the Sathsang people. Travel with the team Gopals helped me meet different people being volunteers in different Sathsangs, learnt a lot of thing from each one of them. We were lucky to see Yadugiri Yathiraja Mutt Swamiji and Know his experiences regarding Gou shalas which he has come across. Happy to see Gopals team distributing gifts to people who take care of Cows in Malur.. Thank you for organizing such a event.. Hoping to be a part of many such events..🐣🍃🎶
Yesterday’s farm visit was truly a refreshing and enriching experience. Every single person I met came with so much knowledge, passion, and real-life experience to share. From the welcome drink to the field visit and the organic lunch — everything reflected simplicity, authenticity, and sustainability, something we genuinely miss in city life today.
A special thanks to Mr. Raghavendra for making this experience possible. Since he is from our native place, it never felt like we were visiting somewhere new — it felt like visiting a relative’s home. Such a warm, humble, and highly informative person. The absence of mobile network surprisingly became one of the best parts of the visit; it genuinely felt like we had gone back to the peaceful 90’s era, disconnected from screens and connected to life.
Meeting Mr. Vasanth Kaje was equally memorable. Even though it was our first interaction, it felt like reconnecting with someone we had known for years. Both Mr. Raghavendra and Mr. Vasanth are true role models. In a very short span of time, they taught us so many valuable things about life, farming, sustainability, and mindful living.
A heartfelt appreciation to every person from GoPal’s — Mr. Ramakrishna, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Santosh and Ma’am and everyone else (sincere sorry, am very bad with remembering name) I interacted with. It was inspiring to hear your vision, your commitment, and the depth of knowledge you all carry. What you have initiated is something the coming generation truly needs. The way you are planning, practicing, and living sustainability is deeply impressive.
Overall, the visit was not just informative, but genuinely refreshing for the mind and soul. It made us think about how sustainability can be applied in our daily lives, and GoPal’s feels like a guiding example of how that can actually be achieved. Looking forward to joining more sessions in the coming days.
Ganesh KV - Experience sharing - Walkathon - For the first time in history of my life, I saw Actor Jaggesh in person - had privileged opportunity to serve him food, all because of Gow Maata blessings. I'm really happy Go2Heal has reached 10 years of journey and I'm grateful that I was part in your annual celebration and fund raising. Had wonderful experience on knowing about people like you who are working hard and will be happy to connect, inspire and learn more(Janavi Ji). Had opportunity in serving food and the team was awesome.
Thank you YFS for the opportunity to volunteer 🥰🙏
Shri Mallikarjun - Volunteering in the Walk2HEAL program was a meaningful experience for me. Through this initiative by Gopals NGO, I learned the importance of spreading awareness about desi cows and their role in health and sustainability. It inspired me to contribute towards a good social cause. Thank you for the opportunity....
Heartfelt appreciation for organising WALK2HEAL 2026, a meaningful initiative promoting the conservation and importance of the Indian desi cow. The event effectively highlighted sustainable agriculture, ecological balance, and rural well-being. Such efforts are vital for preserving our indigenous heritage.
Thank you for inviting me to be a part of this inspiring initiative.

Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Krishna. Today, the Trek to Heal program has been arranged by Team Gopals. It was such a wonderful event. We enjoyed the trekking, and the scenery around Nandi was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the greenery around it.
Team Gopals is doing a wonderful job in collecting all the youths. In turn, they are motivating them to spread awareness about Desi Cows, which is a very sacred work they are doing. We all have to come and share our experience and knowledge with all other outsiders. We should spread the knowledge of the native cows with all other people so that we can save the cows. At least, what we can do is we have to use the cow products so that the cows will get food. And we, in turn, will be giving some of our contribution to the cows. That is the minimum thing we can give.
The food that was arranged by Team Gopals was very nice and delicious. The volunteers are very helpful. The whole of our day is taken care of by Team Gopals. It was a wonderful day spent by me along with Team Gopals. I really enjoyed it. I want to thank Team Gopals on behalf of all the participants. Thank you.
Hi, this was our first experience with Gopals. We had a trek up the Nandi Hills. We got to know all about the usefulness of the cow, and we are very thrilled by the experience. We never thought we could make up to the summit, but with all the people there, it was an enjoyable experience for us. I hope we can join all the events. Thank you so much.
Today we had an event from Gopals. It was about the awareness of cows and the use of cow milk. We had a trekking in Nandi Hills. As you can see, these are all our NSS members who participated in this event. I had a very good time with them. This is a very new experience which we never got a chance. We are from NSS, and we have done several events before and even will do in the coming days. But this thing which we did today was nothing like before. Even when we went for YFS, or Youth for Seva, we had a few events like government school training. It might be visiting government schools or government registrations. This was completely different where we promoted to save cows and the use of cow milk. This trekking was a great experience for sustainable development. Mingling with nature was a great thing which we did here.
I'm Sangeeta from NSS NMT. It was a good experience, from trekking in landfills to the top. Thanks for giving me the opportunity for trekking.
Jai Shri Gurudev, Jai Gau Mata. Today, a program called Tech2Hills was organized by Gopal Samstha in Chikbalapur, Nandi Hills. We all came here and got so much happiness that we got to know about cows.
Today, a program was organized to give a message to everyone about cows and what to do for the environment. I am so happy to be a part of this program. May this program continue and may the people of Gopal Samstha continue this program. We will always be with them.
They are studying a lot about cows. May they always be blessed by God and Gau Mata. May they go to the right path. May their name be remembered all over India.
A Real-Life Lesson in Seva – Rajesh’s Story
10th December 2022 — our wedding day which will never forget in life .
While many would normally spend the day in celebration with family, myself and Rajesh were busy campaigning for the very first Bengaluru Walk2HEAL, scheduled for January 1st, 2023.
After campaigning at Cubbon Park, Rajesh went to Mukesh ji’s house, while I went to Rajesh’s house carrying prasadam. Before I could reach Mukesh ji’s place, I received heartbreaking news — Rajesh was crying uncontrollably.
His younger sister had suddenly passed away at a very young age, less than 30 years old.
Immediately, I packed luggage and along with Madhu, travelled with Rajesh to his native place. The scenes there were painful beyond words. Relatives were shattered, and his own brother was unable to bear the loss.
This was not the first tragedy for the family. Rajesh had already lost his elder brother in an accident a few years earlier.
After completing the funeral process, we returned to Bengaluru for office work and Walk2HEAL campaign activities. Rajesh stayed back in his native place until the first week of January.
But what Rajesh did during that period of sorrow was unimaginable.
Even amidst deep grief, he said: "I should do my bit for GoSeva."
From his native place itself, he personally called and mobilized participants for Walk2HEAL 2023. Through his sincere efforts, more than 600 people participated.
🙏 That spirit of sacrifice and determination became a lesson for all of us.
And even today, the same spirit continues.
Because of the hard work and commitment of the entire team, today we are witnessing:
🚶 Bengaluru – 4 Walk2HEAL events 🚶 Tirupati Walk2HEAL – June 7 🚶 Tenkasi Walk2HEAL – June 28Behind every GoPals events are countless silent sacrifices, sleepless nights, travel, coordination, phone calls, and selfless seva done without expectations.
The determination and teamwork shown by every volunteer is truly a lesson for all.
True seva is not done when life is easy.
True seva is continuing the mission even during personal pain and challenges.
Let all of us learn from such real-life examples and contribute sincerely for the cause with unity, humility, and commitment.
🙏 *Jai Gomata* 🙏 *Jai GoPals*
